experience in roles from executive leadership to technical roles involving
the information technology (IT), construction, and aviation industries. Mr.
Beatty has extensive executive leadership experience in business operations
including areas of business development, customer relations, marketing,
employee relations, and the overall management of business operations. Mr.
Beatty also has an extensive technology perspective from years of IT
leadership involving project management, design, analysis, programming, and
database administration working with a variety of applications, languages,
and platforms. As the principal and owner of Datatech, Mr. Beatty seeks to
position Datatech to offer IT services as well as executive and business
advisory services leveraging not only his technical expertise but also the

Services has been providing Information Technology (IT) consulting services
since 1996 and has operated divisions in construction and aviation. In
addition to the leadership and operational responsibilities required for
managing a successful business and communicating a vision growing services
as well as expanding into new markets, Mr. Beatty provides leadership for
Datatech’s business development assisting with the marketing of Datatech’s
services to prospective clients. Mr. Beatty is also instrumental in
Datatech’s Executive and Business Advisory Services providing leadership in
the development and presentation of the service offerings. For Datatech’s
clients, Mr. Beatty has served as Chief Technology Officer providing
leadership to align business strategy with technological capabilities to
deliver solutions as well as developing strategies regarding environment
hierarchy, infrastructure, IT solutions development, client implementations
and support, personnel, and planning for risks and growth. Mr. Beatty is
also instrumental in identifying and providing staff augmentation services
to Datatech’s clients for both onsite and offshore needs.
Food Lion, Inc., Salisbury, NC
Last served in a
project management role overseeing projects from the user definition of need
to implementation. Applications included Inventory, Billing, Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Pricing, and EDI interfaces.
Responsibilities included managing a project team, interfacing with business
users, gathering user requirements, performing external, internal, and
detail designs, as well as coding and testing for new development and
enhancements to existing systems.
Tyson Foods Holly Farms Fresh Retail
Division, Wilkesboro, NC
Last served in a
project lead role directing a team in the design, development, and
implementation of new systems. Responsibilities included project
management, system design, coding and testing applications, and interfacing
with business users.
American Express Health Systems Group,
Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities
included customer support for the Medical Records and Patient Financial
modules of SAINT hospital systems. Duties included system modifications,
maintaining database integrity, extensive problem analysis, and direct
interaction with clients.
Duke Power Company, McGuire Nuclear Station,

Served in a part-time
student position during undergraduate school designing and implementing
systems to assist engineers in manipulating and graphically displaying data
as well as developing applications to assist with employee training and
